Professional work done well
Adam was a pleasure to work with from our first meeting through after the job support. He and his sons did an excellent job installing the plumbing and heat pump for our new home, and he helped us select the right constant pressure system, heat pump, etc.

Boiler replacement
Out of three estimates for a boiler replacement, Adam’s Plumbing’s estimate was the most reasonable. Adam and his crew did everything that was agreed upon. The work was done as scheduled and I experienced a high level of professionalism with them. They came in to the job on time. Adam responded to my phone calls or text messages with questions about the work quickly. I really appreciated that he loaned me three heaters to keep my house warm while the work was underway. Adam’s Plumbing is the real deal, don’t waste your time searching for a plumber you can trust. I highly recommend Adam’s Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

We would like to thank Adam, Caleb and David for their work during construction of our new home. They did an outstanding job installing all plumbing, heating/ hot water and AC. Quality workmanship, great service
I've had great HVAC service from Adam's Plumbing & HVAC for years at both our home as well as at a rental property. Family and tenants alike have commented that Adam is friendly and knowledgeable, as well as professional, respectful of time and property, and fairly priced. Urgently Needed Boiler System Replacement For Our 1830s Home
A boiler replacement and conversion of all radiators from steam to hot water had been badly needed in our 1830s home for decades. The Adam's Plumbing Company was highly recommended by our renovation contractor and several other builders and we couldn't have made a better choice. Our noisey, dilapidated, and inefficient heating sytem has just been replaced by Adam's Plumbing with a Navien 95% efficient boiler which gives whisper-quiet and even heat throughout the house. What a pleasure it is to have the new heating system working so well...and just-in-time for the winter season. We were continually impressed by the professionalism of Adam Brown, from his fair and honest appraisal of the job, his suggestions for heating improvements, and his helpful instructions on preparing the basement for the start of this huge conversion task. Adam began on the date he promised and was punctual and diligent in achieving the highest quality work in a timely manner. We only have positive comments about the Adam's Plumbing Company. In fact, we wish we had contacted him many years ago as the new heating system has added great comfort and value to our historic home. We highly recommend the expertise and work of Master Plumber Adam Brown.

Adam's been consistently great!
Adam did the plumbing for our house when we built it. He also put in heat pumps for us. Our builder told us he was the best, and that has been our experience too. He gave us great advice. And, he was also polite when we didn't listen :), even as we regret it. My advice to you, listen to his advice! We mostly did, so we are mostly set. But we got cheep with two toilets and some faults, and let me tell you it's not worth it!! We've been in our house for a year now and have recently had to call him back twice due to our bad choices. Both times he came quickly, and helped us find the fastest, easiest solutions. He was very kind about fixing stuff he advised us not to get. And the second time was on a Fri night! Our experience is that he's a good hearted guy and a very competent craftsman. We recommend him highly!

Friendly, professional, excellent
Adam did the plumbing for our home as it was being built, as well as installing our ductless mini-split heat pumps. Much more recently he bailed us out when I broke a drain trying to DIY repair it, and when an inexpensive bathtub faucet we bought failed. He's been fantastic, responsive, with excellent work. Really grateful to have his help and expertise.

Quality work and excellent follow up
Adam completed all the plumbing and HVAC for our new construction home including a Navien boiler, Mitsubishi heat pump, and HRV. Adam takes pride in his work and displayed a great deal of experience and confidence in the job. His work was meticulous and he took the time to explain things along the way whenever we had a question. He thought ahead to the unique layout of the home when setting these systems up and made adjustments to ensure smooth operation. We were impressed to see a binder with all of our manuals and important information neatly organized and waiting for us when we moved in. In addition to that, Adam came out and explained each system to us. Adam was always quick to respond to any questions we had along the way as well and we look forward to seeing him again for annual tune ups.

Great job!

Very Professional and Neat
Adam did a really tough job in the middle of thanksgiving week. A full sewer line verticle stack replacement from the second floor to the basement. He was extra careful and neat, tarping off all surfaces. The job was done right and quickly. We were very pleased. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic job on new construction
I am thrilled to have had Adam do the plumbing on my new construction house from start to finish. Not only did he do a great job, he was a pleasure to work with. He was very good about explaining how things work, and very kind. In addition I was extremely impressed about how he worked with his apprentices. Relief!
It was a hot summer, and we thought our home with it's open floor plan would prohibit the installation of an air conditioning unit. Adam Brown introduced us to Mitsubishi Electric's split air conditioning units. In four days Adam and his assistant installed units in our large room and two bedrooms, and the result was exceptional relief. The system is quiet and efficient, the units are non obtrusive and well designed. Adam was a pleasure to work with and he was focused on our wishes. His work was precise and methodical and reflected skill and experience. Daily cleanup was thorough and when he was finished all we had to do was enjoy the fruits of his labor. The price was fair and the products were amply guaranteed. We are totally satisfied.

Adam did the plumbing and heating on a new house construction for me. The house design has radiant floor heat on a cement slab; very efficient on demand water heater, etc. The house turned out very well and all aspects of Adam's work is functioning accurately. Adam does great work; experienced and conscientious. Very polite and responsible--shows up when he says he is going to, and gets the job done in a timely way. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing and etc.

Consistently great experience
Adam has done two fairly big jobs for me - one was running heating ducts to a sunroom so that it could be used four seasons; the other was replacing an old water pressure tank. He's terrific to work with: is promptly responsive, shows up as scheduled, does the job well (at least, as well as I can tell! - I'm no expert, but all seems to be working); is friendly and courteous; and answers all questions. Having tried a number of plumbers since I moved to the area a year ago - some were good enough, but never called back again when I needed them - I'll stick with Adam. Highly recommended.

High quality service, very friendly,
Adam installed air conditioner to our living/dining room area. His estimates of the needed power for the air conditioner were correct, he installed beautifully, worked very hard, took into account specifics of our house very professionally. It sounded expensive initially, however after seeing all this work, I though that the price is very fair. Our Summer was great - we had a nice, quiet air conditioner.

Professional and honest
Adam was terrific! I noticed a leak in my kitchen sink, and what looked like a leak to my basement ceiling. He advised me what type of faucet to purchase, and rather than taking advantage of my naivety assured me the "leak" to the basement would resolve itself once the faucet was replaced. While replacing the faucet, he discovered two other issues; he did not push, but patiently explained the problems, the options of addressing them now or waiting till another time. I would use him again in a minute!

he's the go-to in my book
i'm used adams plumbing for heating and plumbing problems for a few years i would guess. i will continue to as well. he has expertise that one would expect of a top notch tradesman. he does the job well, is very polite and explains the deal. he uses top of the line parts and stands by them and has come consistently in a timely manner when we have had an emergency. i am very satisfied with their service and highly recommend them.

Adams plumbing has been great for us. They did all of the plumbing for a virtually new build house, we gutted it including taking out all the plumbing and wiring. They are up to date on all the latest products and will install your own or provide what you need. I did all the purchasing, except what went behind the walls and everything has been perfect. We also have an annual contract with Adams plumbing to do preventive maintenance and upkeep, as well as be available at any time for emergency services, which we have not needed as of yet. Highly recommend Adams Plumbing.

I don't usually write reviews but Adam was so fantastic that I am going to this time. Adam's Plumbing put in radiant floor heat and all the plumbing fixtures for a duplex we had built. The work was beautiful, Adam was warm, friendly, easy to discuss matters with and professional. To have all those in one is a rare thing these days and we really appreciated it.
